The work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas

This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.

**This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016.

Your role and responsibilities:

· Lead and coordinate the daily activities of Quality Auditors, Chemical Technicians, and other assigned quality personnel.

· Provide hands-on quality support to manufacturing and make timely disposition or escalation decisions within assigned authority.

· Monitor production processes for compliance with specifications, drawings, procedures, inspection plans, control plans, and quality standards.

· Conduct and support Process Audits and other assigned compliance checks.

· Verify adherence to standard work, inspection methods, test requirements, and approved process controls.

· Lead or support structured root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Why, fishbone analysis, A3 problem solving, and corrective action reports.

· Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for internal defects, customer concerns, supplier issues, audit findings, and process failures.

· Partner with Operations and Engineering to reduce scrap, rework, defects, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

· Use quality data and recurring issue trends to identify improvement priorities and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.

Qualifications for the role:

· Associate degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. Equivalent manufacturing quality and leadership experience may be considered.

· Three to five years of manufacturing quality experience preferred.

· Previous team lead, supervisory, or demonstrated informal leadership experience preferred.

· Experience in a high-volume or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Manufacturing includes made-to-stock and custom-made solutions.
