As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and preventative services while working alongside experienced automotive professionals.

What You'll Do

• •Perform routine scheduled vehicle maintenance services
• •Complete oil changes, fluid inspections, and fluid replacements
• •Replace oil, engine air, and cabin air filters
• •Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure
• •Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections (MPI)
• •Identify maintenance concerns and communicate recommendations
• •Complete top, middle, and bottom-level maintenance services according to manufacturer standards
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the service department
• •Properly use and care for dealership tools and equipment
• •Participate in Toyota and Milton Martin Toyota training programs
• •Follow all safety procedures and dealership service standards

Qualifications

• •Previous experience as a lube technician, automotive technician, oil change technician, mechanic apprentice, or similar role is helpful but not required
• •Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair and maintenance
• •Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• •Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• •Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• •Effective communication and teamwork skills
• •Customer-focused mindset
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
• •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
