R&D Clinical Development Engineer (Temporary Position)

How you will make an impact:

• •Design, execute, and support a variety of testing platforms, including benchtop setups, ex-vivo experiments, and in-vivo studies
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and physician to define and refine product design requirements through iterative development process
• •Support pre-clinical studies preparation, execution, documentation, and post-study analysis in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• •Develop test methods, protocols, and experimental setups to evaluate product performance and design concepts.
• •Take part in prototype development, characterization, and validation activities.
• •Analyze testing results and translate data into actionable design insights
• •Drive hands-on experimental work to enable rapid learning cycles and informed design decisions.

Document and communicate study results, technical findings, and recommendations to global cross-functional teams, including U.S.-based stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• •B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering or any other relevant field.
• •2-3 years of professional experience in the medical industry
• •Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• •Ability to independently plan and execute work with a high level of ownership and accountability
• •Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, hands-on R&D environment.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• •Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Minitab, or similar).
• •Programming experience is an advantage.
• •Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
