Responsibilities
Job Description
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds to assist in patient diagnosis.
- Analyze and interpret medical images to identify abnormalities and provide accurate reports.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to discuss imaging results and suggest further diagnostic steps or treatments.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and reports in patient records.
- Provide emergency support in interpreting urgent imaging results and advising on immediate medical interventions.
- Stay informed about advancements in radiology technology and techniques to improve diagnostic efficiency.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and radiology technicians.
