Job Responsibilities :

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at the RazerStore, you will be crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience during our peak season. Your role will involve assisting customers, managing merchandise, and contributing to the store's overall success during our busiest time of the year. Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• •Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
• •Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• •Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• •Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
• •Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• •Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
• •Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
• •Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• •Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• •Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.
• •Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or equivalent required
• •Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store
• •Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• •Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to customers
• •Basic math and computer skills required
• •Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling
• •Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products
• •Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• •Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Physical Demands :

• •Occasionally lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• •Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• •Use hands to operate equipment, including a cash register and handheld scanner.
• •Reach above and below shoulder level.
• •Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to stock shelves and retrieve merchandise.
• •Communicate effectively with customers and team members, including speaking and hearing.
• •Occasionally sit, climb a step stool or ladder, and push or pull carts and merchandise fixtures.

Salary Ranges:
