React Native Developer

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile App Development

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native with reusable, scalable components.

- Implement pixel-perfect UI from design specs and ensure consistent behavior across iOS and Android.

- Integrate RESTful APIs, handle async flows, and manage application state effectively.

- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.

- Diagnose and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks; optimize app startup time and rendering performance.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Work closely with designers, product, and backend teams to refine requirements and deliver features end-to-end.

- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and timely delivery with clear technical updates and documentation.

- Support release processes, versioning, and app store deployments while ensuring quality and stability.

AI-Enabled Enhancements

- Collaborate on integrating AI-driven capabilities (e.g., smart suggestions, personalization, or automation) into mobile workflows.

- Evaluate feasibility, latency, and UX impact of AI features to ensure practical, user-friendly implementations.

Technical requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile development with strong hands-on expertise in React Native.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and component-driven development.

- Experience integrating APIs, handling authentication, and managing state in mobile apps.

- Understanding of mobile debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques.

- Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent relevant background).
