ABOUT THE ROLE

GFT Ready Mix is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Ready Mix Dispatch & Order Coordinator to join our Phoenix team.

This position serves as an important connection between our customers, drivers, dispatch, and operations teams. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, assisting with product needs, communicating order changes, and helping keep daily ready-mix operations running smoothly.

Ready mix experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service, dispatching, logistics, or order-entry experience are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Receive and process customer ready-mix orders using Command Series software.
• •Accurately enter new orders, order changes, and customer information.
• •Assist customers in identifying the appropriate products for their projects and end uses.
• •Provide professional and responsive customer service to customers and drivers.
• •Communicate order details and changes with dispatch, drivers, and operations.
• •Manage multiple orders and changing priorities throughout the day.
• •Maintain accurate records and complete required daily reports.
• •Assist with resolving routine customer and order-related issues.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• •Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in dispatching, logistics, a call center, order entry, or a similar environment.
• •Ready mix or construction materials experience preferred.
• •Previous dispatch or order-management software experience preferred.
• •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• •Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• •Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• •Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• •Knowledge of Phoenix and surrounding areas preferred.
• •Command Alkon/Command Series experience is a plus.
• •Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
