You’ll be someone who is both comfortable work ing pro - actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with s enior managers, d irectors, and BDO’s p artners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with .

You'll work within our Valuations Advisory team and you will be responsible for executing projects. This is a diverse role with a breadth of commercial assignments and commercial valuations for a variety of purposes including tax, PPA, corporate finance, restructuring purposes. You'll utilise various third-party databases (e.g. CoStar) to source appropriate valuation data and inputs and perform research on supporting comparable transactions. You'll provide written reports for both internal and external clients.

You'll be someone with

An MRICS qualification (valuations or commercial property qualification pathway) or ASA

Commercial valuations experience and exposure across a range of real estate asset classes

Relevant work experience in a valuation advisory capacity (in an accountancy / audit firm, a valuation consultancy, or with a firm of chartered surveyors)

Third party real estate databases such as CoStar

Strong written, communication, and analytical skills.
