Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in carpentry or a related field.

Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in challenging conditions.

Major Duties:

LVP Floor Installation

Framing repairs and new construction

Drywall hanging and finishing

Trim Carpentry

Kitchen and vanity installation

Insulation hanging

Roofing patching and storm damage securing

Painting finishing

Siding installation and repairs
