About the Opportunity
Horelyn Dene Ts'edi Kue is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Records & Data Entry Clerk.
The Records & Data Entry Clerk will support the transfer of existing organizational records into our RedMane case management system, helping ensure information is accurate, organized, secure, and properly maintained.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with records management, data entry, and an electronic case management system while contributing to important work supporting our children, youth, families, and community.
Previous experience with RedMane is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Enter information from existing files into RedMane accurately and completely.
Review entered information to ensure it matches the original records.
Scan, upload, name, and organize electronic documents.
Keep track of files that have been completed and those requiring entry or follow-up.
Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information and bring it forward to the appropriate staff member.
Maintain strict confidentiality when working with client, family, and organizational information.
Follow established processes for data entry, records management, privacy, and information security.
Support other records-related activities connected to the RedMane implementation project.

Qualifications
Applicants must have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Comfort using computers and the ability to learn new software and database systems.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work with confidential information professionally and respectfully.
A clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Intervention Record Check, as required.
Previous experience in data entry, administration, records management, Microsoft Office, or electronic database systems is considered an asset, but is not required.
Experience working in child and family services, social services, an Indigenous organization, or another environment involving confidential information is also considered an asset.

Hours of Work
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
This is a three-month temporary position , with the possibility of extension based on organizational needs.
