Recovery, Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recovery Representative based in Canada.

• This fully remote role supports customers with past-due accounts by providing practical payment solutions and recovery options.
• You’ll act as a trusted advisor while helping reduce credit losses and resolve complex account situations professionally.
• The position covers a range of recovery activities, including delinquent accounts, insurance tracking, bankruptcies, charged-off accounts, and total-loss processes.
• You’ll collaborate with customers, dealers, insurance providers, collection agencies, and internal teams to move cases toward resolution.
• Success requires sound judgment, strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive financial matters.
• You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where initiative, accountability, and effective communication are essential.
