Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment.

Position Summary

Agency is seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting process including job posting using multiple job posting boards, attracting, reviewing resumes, phone screening and assisting in the hiring of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Post all job openings for agency’s available jobs on Indeed, employment websites, social media platforms

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates

Review resumes, conduct phone screening and assess candidates’ qualifications.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings

Partner with hiring manager, staffing coordinator to understand staffing needs of the agency and develop effective recruiting strategies

Manage candidates throughout the hiring process and provide positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the agency’s applicant tracking system.

Stay informed about recruiting trends, market conditions, and sourcing techniques.

Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience of recruiting or talent acquisition

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Experience recruiting candidates for home care agency through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and other channels

Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience with online job boards and recruitment platforms

Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Professional, proactive, and highly collaborative approach
