Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an auto insurance company, agency, high-volume, or multi-location environment
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple departments and organizational levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other candidate search tools
  • Experience developing creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and hard-to-fill talent pools
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and California employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing recruiting metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive recruiting decisions

Position Summary:

The Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support Aspire's continued growth and operational needs. This position manages the full-cycle recruiting process across a variety of departments and business functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to deliver recruiting excellence.

The ideal candidate is a proactive talent advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong partnerships, and is passionate about creating a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

What You'll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for positions across multiple departments and levels
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Deliver and negotiate employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, industry associations, and other sourcing channels
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, universities, military organizations, and community groups
  • Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
  • Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices
  • Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experiences
  • Advise leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends
  • Recruiting Operations & Analytics
  • Maintain accurate applicant and requisition records within the ATS
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring trends
  • Prepare and present recruiting reports and staffing updates to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring requirements
  • Employer Branding
  • Represent Aspire at recruiting events, job fairs, networking functions, universities, and community events
  • Support employment branding initiatives through social media and professional networking platforms
  • Promote Aspire's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates

  • Standard business hours; occasional evening or weekend attendance at recruiting events, career fairs, and networking functions may be required
  • Regular use of ATS systems, video conferencing platforms, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Frequent interaction with candidates, employees, managers, business leaders, and external recruiting partners

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of phones, headsets, keyboards, and multiple monitors
  • Ability to travel to recruiting events, job fairs, and business functions as needed
  • Ability to lift and transport recruiting materials and event supplies up to 50 pounds when necessary
