Recruiter

• This is a fully remote recruiting opportunity focused on high-volume hiring within a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment.
• You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offers, background checks, and onboarding handoff.
• The role primarily supports entry-level operational hiring while also providing opportunities to contribute to clinical and licensed recruiting.
• You’ll manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and use recruiting data to maintain healthy pipelines and meet hiring targets.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and leadership will allow you to influence sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
• The position offers meaningful exposure to remote healthcare recruiting, including clinical licensure and multi-state eligibility.
