This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter & Talent Network Builder based in Canada.

• This remote role combines full-cycle technology recruiting with long-term talent network development.
• You will source, engage, evaluate, and place technology professionals across client and internal opportunities.
• A major focus is building and maintaining a warm bench of pre-qualified consultants who can be mobilized quickly.
• You will work closely with Growth, Delivery, and Resourcing teams to anticipate hiring needs before positions formally open.
• The role also involves developing strong relationships across the Canadian technology community and staying informed on market trends.
• Success means creating a responsive, trusted talent network that supports fast staffing while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• You will join an international, collaborative environment spanning Canada, the US, and Latin America.
