Role & Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for high-volume tech, sales, and customer ops roles across pan-India markets.

Conduct phone/WhatsApp/video screening interviews, assess fit, and maintain candidate experience through structured evaluation templates.

Manage end-to-end candidate journey—from initial outreach to offer closure—ensuring 24–48 hr response SLAs.

Track daily KPIs (calls, conversions, placements) using ATS tools and report performance to team leads.

Collaborate with hiring managers to refine JDs, understand role nuances, and tailor pitch messaging for faster closures.

Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
