This role will support internal recruiting functions. The Recruiting Specialist will work with the recruiting team to ensure ABC Supply managers have the tools and resources they need to connect with top talent and fulfill their hiring needs.

Specific duties may include:

• •Accurately create, review, and post job requisitions to ensure position requirements, qualifications, compensation details, and posting information is complete, compliant, and aligned with organizational hiring needs
• •Placing job advertisements as requested
• •Work with hiring managers to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely manner
• •Maintaining job requisitions within the HCM
• •Assisting in recruiting program development projects
• •Other duties as assigned

Specific qualifications include:

• •Two year’s experience in a fast paced office setting is preferred
• •Microsoft Office proficiency
• •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• •Positive, team-oriented attitude
• •Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and accuracy in work
• •Experience in recruiting and/or human resources is welcomed but not required
