Recruitment Counselor (m/f/d)

(Full-time; 40 hours/week; limited to 24 months)

Your Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment efforts with the goal of maximizing undergraduate admissions applications

Represent undergraduate programs to appropriate target audiences

Liaising with educational institutions to reach target groups directly

Development and supervision of marketing activities and events

Recruiting as well as advising and assisting prospective students in the application process

Analysis of regional and global market trends to identify new target groups

Preparation of statistics and reports

General office and administrative work

Your Qualifications:

A completed university level degree

Strong intercultural awareness and competencies

Initial work experience, preferably in the area of admissions, student recruitment, international education, and/or university marketing

Interest or experience in marketing/sales

Excellent written and spoken English

Preferably knowledge of German and/or another foreign language

Great willingness to travel and work weekends (flexible working) with minimum 12-18 weeks of travel a year
