SwingDev—a hippo company is the Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company – Hippo Insurance. We’re here to make home insurance smarter and more proactive, using tech to bring fresh solutions. Are we a good match?

As Recruiters, we take care of the entire end-to-end recruitment process (i.e., briefs with Hiring Managers, reaching out to candidates, writing job ads, conducting interviews, or providing feedback) and do our best to ensure a great Candidate Experience. As we work on a global scale, you'd be cooperating daily with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States. This is why we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an international environment, with very good English skills. We assume that with such a background, you already know a lot – but there are still many things we can teach you.

It's also important for us to find someone who can look for answers independently, propose ideas, and seek improvements rather than always follow the same old patterns. Moreover, it is to see your true pleasure and fun in what you're doing!
