Regional Development Manager

Salary: £45,000 per annum plus bonus, company car/cash allowance and pension

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Location: Portsmouth

What you'll be doing;

• •To take strategic responsibility for securing new business gains within the £100k and above market sector of a Veolia territory in support of the Regional Sales Team growth targets.
• •To establish foundations for long lasting and profitable business with large and high profile customers within the territory across a cross section of industries and sectors.
• •Promote the range of services provided by Veolia whilst supporting customers achieve their sustainability goals.
• •Act as Project Manager for all contact tendering exercises, acting as the point of reference throughout the process.
• •Ensure the operational stakeholders are fully briefed and understanding of the customer requirements as part of the Bid/No Bid process and subsequent commercial decisions.
• •Define and develop waste strategies/solutions for customers which promote sustainability and reduced environmental impact.
• •Identify industry innovation which may have practical applications with prospective (and existing) customers aligned to their sustainability objectives.
