Review project performance indicators including rework rates, inspection findings, test outcomes, and documentation accuracy.

Partner with Technology and Operations to enhance dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility and decision-making.

Training, Capability Building & Continuous Improvement

Develop and deliver regional training programs covering quality standards, documentation expectations, inspection readiness, and discipline-specific requirements.

Coach project teams on best practices for weld quality, installation quality, testing protocols, and documentation accuracy.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving standardization and reducing rework, variation, and quality issues across the region.

Customer & External Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a regional point of contact for customer quality leaders, third-party inspectors, and regulatory authorities.

Support pre-construction meetings, customer audits, and project kickoffs to ensure clarity of quality expectations.
