Regional Manager – Dental Operations

Full-Time | Downtown Toronto & GTA

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Regional Manager to oversee multiple clinics across Downtown Toronto and the GTA. You’ll be responsible for clinic performance, developing Practice Managers, staffing and scheduling, patient experience, and financial results, while helping teams solve operational challenges quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of dental management experience

Proven experience overseeing multiple dental clinics

Experience directly leading and developing Practice Managers

Strong understanding of dental clinic financials and KPIs

Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel regularly throughout Downtown Toronto and the GTA
