Job Summary
The Regional Manager III (RM3) is a senior operational leadership role responsible for leading and developing Regional Managers and strengthening the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of account oversight across an assigned region.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President (RVP), the RM3 serves as the primary leadership layer between the RVP and the Regional Manager team. The RM III is accountable for improving Regional Manager performance and independence, identifying account risk early, validating recovery plans, supporting client retention, and resolving appropriate escalations before they require RVP or executive intervention.
The RM III supports the RVP and SVP’s overall responsibility for regional strategy, financial performance, organizational structure, talent planning, and critical client relationships. While the RM III may directly oversee a limited number of strategic or complex accounts when specifically assigned, the position is not intended to carry a full Regional Manager portfolio.
This is a hybrid position based out of the San Francisco regional office.
Salary Range: up to $250k depending on experience
