Regional Placement Coordinator, Summer Work and Travel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Placement Coordinator, Summer Work and Travel based in the United States.

• This role drives placement growth and delivers high-quality support across Summer Work and Travel programs within an assigned territory.
• You will build and manage relationships with host employers while identifying new placement and business development opportunities.
• The position combines B2B sales, account management, stakeholder engagement, participant support, and community relationship building.
• You will also help secure housing solutions for participants and work with host families and local coordinators when employer-provided housing is unavailable.
• The role requires a proactive, consultative approach to employer needs, workforce planning, program utilization, and long-term account growth.
• You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges, support participant success, and maintain strong program quality.
