We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across our Mining Mobile Plant product portfolio in Western Australia. This is a customer-focused role where you'll work closely with mine sites and key stakeholders, building strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities that deliver value for both customers and Bradken.

About the Role:

You will work closely with customers across the mining sector to grow sales performance and strengthen Bradken's position within the Mobile Plant market. With a strong focus on Customer Centricity, you'll build trusted relationships, understand operational challenges and deliver solutions that support customer productivity and performance.

You'll apply Innovation by identifying market trends, uncovering growth opportunities and providing valuable input into future product development initiatives. Embracing a One Team mindset, you'll collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Product Development teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing regional sales strategies that drive profitable growth and increased market share across Bradken's Mobile Plant product portfolio

Building and managing key customer relationships, strategic supply agreements and account plans

Identifying and converting new business opportunities within mining and mobile equipment operations

Providing market intelligence, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through Salesforce

Supporting product development opportunities through customer and market insights

Achieving regional sales and gross margin targets while reviewing and optimising sales processes

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively supported and delivered

About You

You will bring:

A background in Engineering, Mining, Business, Trade or a related discipline

Experience in a technical sales role within mining or associated markets

A Trade, Mining or Extractive Metallurgy background

Strong commercial and business acumen

Experience developing and executing sales strategies, budgets and growth plans

Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term customer partnerships

Strong relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of mining operations and mobile plant equipment will be highly regarded
