Regional Sales Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in India.

This senior sales leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, volume, collections, and market share across the Eastern India region. You will lead commercial growth within the automotive refinish paints market, managing distributor and dealer networks while developing new OEM bodyshop accounts. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on customer and partner management, forecasting, business development, and team leadership. You will build strong relationships with OEMs and key customers while identifying opportunities to expand the regional business. You will also collaborate with product, finance, demand planning, and other functions to align market needs with business priorities. The role offers a high level of ownership in a competitive, customer-focused, and matrixed environment.
