Regional SDR Director

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing Sales Development organization across a dynamic, globally distributed technology business. You will oversee regional SDR and BDR teams while building a scalable pipeline and developing the next generation of sales professionals. The position combines strategic leadership with a strong focus on coaching, culture, data-driven performance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with regional sales, marketing, and field engineering leaders to align teams and accelerate business growth. A key part of the role is creating an environment where ambitious professionals can develop their skills and progress into broader sales and alliances careers. You will also experiment with innovative outbound strategies and adapt sales development approaches to changing market conditions.
