Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain & Demand Planning (2yrs Contract)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• •Support regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) planning activities across SEA & Oceania subsidiaries in alignment with HQ guidelines.
• •Coordinate weekly and monthly demand & supply planning processes with subsidiaries and consolidate planning data.
• •Monitor SCM performance indicators, identify operational issues, and escalate key findings to management.
• •Support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting activities by preparing reports and performing data analysis.
• •Review forecast submissions from subsidiaries and assist in validating planning assumptions, inventory levels, and supply risks.
• •Prepare regular SCM reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
• •Coordinate regional SCM meetings and follow up on action items with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams.
• •Support new product launches, product transitions, promotional planning, and End-of-Life (EOL) inventory management.
• •Assist in inventory optimization initiatives, including safety stock monitoring, slow-moving inventory analysis, and SKU rationalization activities.
• •Support SCM process improvement projects by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
• •Perform ad-hoc SCM analysis and other planning-related assignments as required

Skills and Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• •Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Operations Planning, or related functions.
• •Experience in multinational companies or regional business environments is an advantage.
• •Basic understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
• •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and prepare meaningful reports.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• •Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams.
• •Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• •Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous process improvement.
