We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to be part of our leadership team as the Director of Service Operations.

Job Description:

As the Regional Director of Service Operations, you will lead eight dynamic service teams in Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville, Cincinnati, and Florida while making meaningful connections with our customers in the pursuit of providing outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for building and leading a team’s that effectively schedules service appointments, provide repairs and maintenance while maximizing workflow. This position will oversee multiple locations to include in house services, road service, and light manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading service teams at eight separate locations across the Southeast
  • Implementation and coaching of Service Manager(s) through development plans
  • Building key customer relationships
  • Responsible for growing profits and effectively managing costs
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Scheduling travel as required. Estimated travel would be 1 week per month minimum.
  • Hiring for various position within your team.
  • Monitoring managers daily productivity and professional conduct
  • Maintaining shop tools and building equipment
  • Participate in developing business plans for each branch
  • KPI Creation and leading the service teams success

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ combined service management experience
  • Three (3) years’ senior management experience
  • Fleet Management experience would be considered an asset
  • Experience with using EPR software, CDK preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to mentor others
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with both customers and team members
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Optimistic and collaborative attitude
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA laws
