BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Visits team that services Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset & Union Counties, NJ on a full time, part time or per diem, per-visit basis .

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric clients in accordance with individualized care plans

Complete approximately 5–6 patient visits per day within a designated territory

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations

Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and disease management interventions

Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve health outcomes

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient care

Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes

Qualifications

Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred

Previous home health experience is welcomed but not required

Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Reliable transportation to travel throughout Monmouth County

Additional Information

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$65.00-$75.00 per point ($101,400- $117,000 annual earning potential)
