About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Grade 2 Registered Nurse to join the 10West team on a permanent basis. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated nurse who is looking for a rewarding and challenging role within our dynamic and supportive team.

Duties:

• •Practices in accordance with the professional standards, codes and behaviours that are regulated through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
• •Works collaboratively within scope of practice to ensure the efficient, effective and responsive operation of the allocated work unit.
• •Supports and encourages patient’s and their families understanding of care delivery and care planning through effective and timely communication with patients, team members, and the community.
• •Ensures clinical interventions are evidence-based and consistent with policy, standard and clinical practice guidelines prescribed by SVHM.

Classifications for this position will range between YP3 – YP9 ($86,580.00 - $107,510.00 per annum, pro rata).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• •Bachelor of Nursing which meets the registration requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery board of Australia
• •Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
• •Previous experience in stroke and neurology preferred
• •Current National criminal history check applicable)
