Registered Nurse-IP (Tagalog Speaking)

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Inpatient Unit at Czech Rehabilitation Hospital is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement effective treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• •Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• •Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• •Education: Educate patients and their families about health management, rehabilitation processes, and discharge planning.
• •Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• •Safety: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• •Advocacy: Advocate for patients' needs and preferences within the healthcare system.
• •Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications:

• •Active DOH,DHA ,MOH License.
• •Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• •Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings is advantageous.
• •Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Working Conditions:

• •Full-time position with potential for varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• •Exposure to patients with varying degrees of rehabilitation needs.
