Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Float

• Status: Full-Time and Part-Time
• Shifts: Combination of 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts
• Hours: 72/48 hours per pay period (up to 60 hours available)

Shift Options Include:

Day: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Mid: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Late Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Weekends: Weekend and no‑weekend options available
• Holidays: Scheduled in accordance with the CBA

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will:

Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.

Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.

Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient’s journey.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Current Michigan RN license .

1 year experience in a Med Surg area preferred.

BLS certifications required .

Continuing Employment Requirements

• •Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff.
• (Typically acquired during 1–3 months of orientation.)

Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.

Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
