• This role provides clinical and operational leadership for a fully remote team managing real-time patient alerts within remote monitoring programs.
• You will oversee a high-volume, queue-based care environment where timely decisions, clinical accuracy, and consistency directly influence patient outcomes.
• The position combines nursing leadership with performance management, clinical quality oversight, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• You will coach frontline RNs and LPNs while monitoring operational metrics and ensuring appropriate alert resolution and escalation.
• Working closely with clinical leaders, you will help strengthen care pathways, education programs, and scalable chronic disease management processes.
