Regulatory Compliance Specialist

At Trouw Nutrition, our purpose is Feeding the Future. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products, innovations, and commercial activities comply with regulatory requirements across global markets.

Working within the Global Regulatory Compliance team, you will provide expert advice on regulatory challenges, assess compliance risks, and support business stakeholders in navigating complex legislation related to animal nutrition products, ingredients, registrations, labeling, and international trade.

Job Description:

What you'll do

• •Advise global stakeholders on regulatory compliance matters.
• •Assess regulatory risks and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
• •Support product registrations and market access activities worldwide.
• •Interpret and translate legislation into clear guidance for the business.
• •Share regulatory knowledge and contribute to training initiatives.
• •Act as a subject matter expert within your area of expertise.

What you'll bring

• •Master's degree in Life Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Biology, Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or a similar role.
• •Experience within feed, food, veterinary, chemical, or related industries.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus.
