Regulatory Sr Program Manager, Amazon Flex, Service Level Standards

Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on-board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more.

Amazon Flex's Service Level Standards (SLS) team is seeking a Regulatory Program Manager to join our Strategy function. Our team is responsible for ensuring Amazon Flex's enforcement programs are compliant with evolving regulatory requirements across every jurisdiction we operate in and for building readiness ahead of new regulatory launches so that compliance is in place before day one.

As a Regulatory Program Manager, you will closely partner with our Legal teams to program manage the end-to-end regulatory launch for new and evolving delivery partner regulations across multiple jurisdictions. You'll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional implementation, and ensuring Amazon Flex is fully compliant ahead of go-live deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of public policy, legal, product, and operations - shaping how Amazon Flex responds to a rapidly changing global regulatory landscape.

Basic qualifications

• - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• - 5+ years of team management experience
• - 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
• - 5+ years of program or project management experience
• - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred qualifications

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
