This role offers an experienced attorney the opportunity to work on sophisticated renewable energy project development matters in a fully remote environment. You will advise clients across the development and contracting lifecycle for projects that support the transition to cleaner energy. The position combines substantial transactional responsibility with direct client collaboration, negotiation, legal drafting, and strategic deal management. You will work on a range of renewable energy agreements, including EPC, O&M, and power purchase agreements. The role also provides opportunities to collaborate with experienced attorneys and mentor junior team members. You will support projects spanning technologies such as solar, energy storage, wind, energy efficiency, electric vehicles, and sustainable infrastructure.
