Renewal Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Renewal Specialist based in India.

• This is a customer-focused SaaS role responsible for managing a portfolio of renewals and ensuring contracts are executed accurately and on time.
• You will work directly with customers throughout the renewal cycle while partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• The position combines commercial ownership, negotiation, contract management, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
• You will help customers transition from legacy products to newer offerings while identifying opportunities for expansion and add-on solutions.
• The role requires strong coordination with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliant and accurate commercial outcomes.
• You will maintain visibility across the renewal pipeline through forecasting, documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
