Research Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Research Engineer based in Brazil.

• Join a remote, globally distributed Applied ML team focused on building AI systems that can continuously adapt to real-world signals.
• You’ll work at the intersection of applied research, machine learning, data strategy, and production engineering.
• The role centers on developing efficient pipelines that turn production data and interactions into model retraining and fine-tuning opportunities.
• You’ll have substantial ownership over the design and implementation of adaptive ML systems and data products.
• Working closely with the founding team, you’ll contribute to both technical research direction and product vision.
• This is a hands-on environment where novel technical challenges, experimentation, and rapid execution are encouraged.
• Your work will directly contribute to creating more flexible, personalized, and continuously evolving AI systems.
