Research Scientist - Cellular Engineering

Job Profile:

Support research activities involving primary and stem cell culture, cell-based functional assays, and molecular biology techniques. The role includes immunofluorescence imaging, production and characterization of cell-derived products (e.g. Exosomes), data analysis, and preparation of technical reports while contributing to collaborative R&D projects.

Qualifications

PhD or Master's degree with 2–3 years of research experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nanobiotechnology, Cell Biology, regenerative medicine or a related field.

Essential Skills

Primary and stem cell culture (e.g., human and animal cell lines)

Cell-based functional assays (e.g., cell viability, wound healing)

RNA isolation, RT-PCR/qPCR

ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting

Bright-field and fluorescence microscopy

Data analysis (GraphPad Prism) and Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

Nanoparticle/nanovesicle characterization (DLS, NTA, SEM/TEM)

Confocal fluorescence microscopy

Scientific report writing and SOP preparation

Data presentation for publications and internal reports

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative research environment
