Reservation & Sales Specialist

About the Role

The Reservation Sales Specialist is a people-person with a big heart for dogs. You’ll be the voice of Best Friends Fur Ever—turning inquiries into loyal clients by matching the right services to the right dogs. If you love talking to people, enjoy sales, and get excited helping pet parents plan amazing care for their pups, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients

Introduce pet parents to our services, philosophy, and facility

Convert leads into reservations using our sales pipeline

Sell daycare, boarding, and add-on services with confidence and care

Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries using approved messaging

Perform outbound calls for confirmations, follow-ups, and promotions

Track daily sales activity and maintain accurate records

Meet or exceed established performance benchmarks

Partner with leadership to resolve client questions or concerns

Support special projects, events, and community outreach as needed

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys sales

Strong phone presence with the ability to personalize conversations

Organized, goal-driven, and comfortable multitasking

Genuine love for dogs and pet parents

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

1+ year of sales, call center, or front desk experience preferred

Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems

Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
