Reservationist (Hotel Reservations / Call Center) | Full or Part Time

Description

Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Reservationist and be the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. In this role, you’ll assist guests with booking rooms, spa services, dining, golf, and more helping create a seamless experience from the very first call.

Position Details

What You’ll Do

• •Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries
• •Book guest rooms, spa services, golf tee times, dining, and recreational activities
• •Provide accurate information on rates, packages, and resort amenities
• •Enter and manage reservations in the property management system
• •Handle reservations via phone, email, and other channels
• •Process group bookings and rooming lists
• •Assist with special requests and coordinate with front desk and operations teams
• •Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest bookings
• •Process gift certificates and administrative tasks (labels, mailings, etc.)
• •Provide directions, general resort information, and exceptional customer service

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •Must be at least 18 years of age
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Previous customer service, reservations, or call center experience preferred
• •Experience with property management systems (Springer Miller a plus)
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• •Strong communication and phone skills
• •Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
