• Position Summary:
• This job is responsible for reviewing residential appraisal reports completed by staff or third-party appraisers to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and valuation guidelines for lending. Key responsibilities include conducting quality reviews, requesting revisions for non-compliant reports, and mitigating risk. Job expectations include requiring appraiser license/certification, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication skills to address issues and report outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• •Completes residential property valuation product quality reviews and/or analyses while maintaining individual work queue(s) to support production goals
• •Completes enterprise and/or management cascaded compliance training
• •Attends team calls/meetings to understand department goals, initiatives, processes and strategies
• •Maintains appropriate state appraisal licensure and completes all required continuing education
• •Understands, and adapts to changes to, applicable industry laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines affecting real property valuations
• •Delivers process outputs and relevant reporting requested by management

Required Skills:

• •5+ years appraisal/appraisal review experience
• •Sate licensed (certified or certified general) appraiser in good standing.
