Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• •Handle customer inquiries and feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• •Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain existing ones
• •Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service
• •Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, billing, and payroll

Requirements
