As an Assistant Store Manager , you’ll be a Swarovski advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You’ll coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store’s success every day.

About the Job

• •Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience
• •Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance
• •Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
• •Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets
• •Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance
• •Step in for the Store Manager as needed

About You

• •1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
• •Some leadership and coaching experience
• •A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
• •Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
• •Responsible and able to take ownership
• •Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
