Retail & E-Commerce | Frontend Tech Lead

• •Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment
• •Design and implement scalable frontend architecture for our e-commerce platform, ensuring performance, maintainability, and accessibility
• •Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes across the frontend team
• •Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• •Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in code quality
• •Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
• •Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their applicability to our platform
• •Drive technical decision-making and contribute to the overall technology roadmap for retail and e-commerce initiatives
• •Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• •Support the recruitment and onboarding of new frontend team members

• •6-10 years of professional frontend development experience 
• •Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native in production environments
• •4+ years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role with team mentoring responsibilities
• •Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript .
• •Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar .
• •Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps .
• •Good understanding of: M icroservices,  Event-driven architectures ,  SQL / NoSQL databases
• •Experience with CI/CD pipelines , Docker , and Kubernetes .
• •Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce platform development and retail technology solutions
• •Proven ability to design scalable system architecture and make sound technical decisions
• •Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• •Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• •Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• •Nice to Have experience in fintech , banking , or other regulated environments .
