Retention Strategist Director

This role combines client strategy, sales leadership, proposal development, and executive-level presentations. You will work cross-functionally with relationship management, sales, administration, strategic relations, and RFP teams. The position requires a strong understanding of retirement solutions, financial services, competitive dynamics, and client needs. You will guide complex retention opportunities from strategy development through proposals, negotiations, and final presentations.
