Position Summary:

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Co-op to join our Transformation department, reporting to the Revenue Processes Manager. This is a project-driven role where you'll build cross-functional skills by supporting new initiatives, learning our tools and systems, partnering with subject matter experts across the business, and driving deliverables from start to finish.

You'll gain hands-on experience across process improvement, systems and tools integration, and project management - all while working alongside a team focused on driving innovation and delivering real value to our customers.

This is an 8-month, fixed-term position based out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver, following a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain and support the Revenue Operations team's internal and external tools and knowledge base

Keep our systems data accurate and up to date to support reliable reporting and analysis

Support Go-To-Market (GTM) projects with clear, consistent documentation and note-taking

Assist with, and eventually own, short-term projects, applying project management fundamentals

Help manage change across teams using effective change management and communication practices

Spot opportunities for operational improvement and propose solutions

Collaborate with teams across the Revenue function, as well as Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Data Science, to scope requirements and resources for cross-functional projects

Help plan, coordinate, and execute time-sensitive projects and activities within the Revenue department

Use AI tools to automate and optimize multi-step processes — for example, building agents that audit Salesforce data or a natural-language agent that answers common stakeholder questions

Experience using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT to automate workflows, analyze data, or draft content

Nice to Have:

Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Catalyst) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence, GSuite, etc.)
