About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Summary:**

As a Reverse Logistic Operator at JD.com, Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing the efficient and accurate flow of returned products. You will be responsible for processing, inspecting, and rerouting items to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize operational costs within our dynamic e-commerce environment.

Job Responsibilities:**

• * Receive and unload returned merchandise, verifying contents against return authorizations and identifying any discrepancies.
• * Perform thorough quality checks and inspections on returned items to assess their condition, functionality, and completeness.
• * Accurately sort, categorize, and label returned products based on their disposition (e.g., restock, repair, recycle, discard).
• * Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling tools safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
• * Input data into inventory management systems, updating product status and tracking return progress.
• * Collaborate with various departments, including customer service, quality control, and repair teams, to resolve issues and optimize the reverse logistics process.
• * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the reverse logistics area.
• * Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
• * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the return process.

Job Qualifications:**

• * High school diploma or equivalent.
• * 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment, preferably with exposure to reverse logistics.
• * Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and inspecting goods.
• * Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
• * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• * Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
