Purpose of the role:

To drive sustainable revenue growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investments based on consumer, market, and channel insights.

Key Accountabilities:

Pricing Strategy Optimization: Refine and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, margins, and competitiveness.

Promotion & Trade Spend Effectiveness: Design and optimize promotions and trade investments to drive profitable growth and ROI.

Portfolio & Assortment Management: Optimize product mix and assortment to meet consumer needs and drive value growth.

Channel & Customer Strategy: Tailor revenue growth strategies by channel and customer to capture maximum value.

Qualifications and experience required:

Graduate, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in RGM, planning, and sales

Proven track record of defining and delivering commercially oriented strategies and plans

Strong commercial experience and financial acumen

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Executive presence and ability to influence critical commercial decisions with senior stakeholders

Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources

Highly independent thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
